I am perplexed when trying to comprehend the insanity of running 298km. Imagine that it’s not just flat ground, but also has an elevation gain of 14,500 meters (almost two Everests). Now, imagine breaking that under 60 hours… Every year trail runners like @kimmy_317 and @guomin_deng attempt the unimaginable ultimate mental and physical challenge when competing in the @hk4tuc covering the four trails of Hong Kong; MacLehose, Wilson, Lantau and HK trail. Nothing but respect.

It was a pleasure to capture these runners in HK and Shenzhen for the @northface campaign on trail runners.
